To support the expression of gratitude for the ideals of America. B. To carry out any other activities in the U.S. Virgin Islands that may lawfully be carried out by a U.S. Virgin Islands non-profit corporation incorporated under Chapter 3, Title 13 of the Virgin Islands Code.
