The interesting part is that dealing with FAA regulations would not really be my problem. As a daily deal site I am simply a service provider for the charter brokers/operators. They, not Aviloop, are bound by the FAA rules. I went over this with a lawyer before I launched the company. I thought it was a cleverly simple idea to avoid the typical charter issues.
