In a large receivership like this, it is often possible to buy wholesale the entire ownership, because it is complicated and probably looks like the inside of a goats stomach — has a lithe bit of everything there. We are therefore pondering the merit of buying these assets wholesale and then selling them off retail, leaving a few choice pieces of development property with no basis.
