Addendum to Operation Leap Year Pros Memo June 14, 2007

In response to concerns raised regarding charging counts related to those girls whose
credibility has been attacked by attorneys for Epstein, I asked the case agents to work on
corroboraSslie statements of those girls. This addendum reports on those efforts related to Jane
Doe #6 (M..)
Jane Doe #6 is the girl who saw E stein most frequently, and there were more than 250
telephone calls between Jane Doe #6 and . Jane Doe #6 is one of the irls who re rts
the most sexual activity with Epstein, including oral sex, sexual activity with ,
and forced sexual intercourse with Epstein.
The statements that we sought to corroborate were:
(1) One of the reasons why Jane Doe #6 kept returning to Esptein's home was because
Epstein promised her that he would help Jane Doe #6 get into New York University.
(2) Epstein gave Jane Doe #6 a trip to New York for her 18`h birthday, and wouldn't send
her before she turned 18 because she would need parental permission to travel.
(3) Epstein sent Jane Doe #6 roses when she performed in a play at Royal Palm Beach High
School.
(4) Epstein rented cars for Jane Doe #6 to use for extended periods of time, including a blue
Dodge Neon.
All four statements have been corroborated. With respect to item 1, Royal Palm Beach High
School produced records of transcript requests made by Jane Doe #6. One of those requests
contained a notation that the transcript was given directly to the student because it was being hand-

delivered to the NYU Board. This was significant because, as a practice, the school does not give
official transcripts to students, for fear they might be altered, but only sends them directly to the
schools. An exception was made, and the transcript was given to Jane Doe #6. The date of the
request matched the date of the transcript found during the search of Epstein's home.
With respect to item 2, Jane Doe #6 reported that she flew to New York from West Palm
Beach on Jet Blue on her birthday and that Epstein had his property manager give Jane Doe #6 cash
to pay for the flight and expenses. Jet Blue provided documentation showing a round-trip ticket for
Jane Doe #6 from West Palm Beach to New York, departing on Jane Doe #6's 18" birthday and
returning several days later. The ticket was charged to Jane Doe #6's credit card.
With respect to item 3, the drama teacher at Royal Palm Beach High School confirmed that
Jane Doe #6 had a lead role in a school play in January 2005 and provided a copy of the program
for the play. Records from a florist that had been identified earlier show that an order for roses on
the same date on Epstein's account. Notes recovered from a file maintained by Epstein's property
manager include directions on where, when, and how to present the roses to Jane Doe #6 at the play.
The property manager reports that he delivered roses to Jane Doe #6 the night of the school play per
Epstein's instructions.
With respect to item 4, records retrieved from Dollar Rent a Car at the West Palm Beach
airport document the rental of a blue Dodge Neon by Epstein's property manager during the relevant
time period. Notes contained in the property manager's file include instructions on renewing the
rental for [Jane Doe #6]. The property manager reports that one other car was rented for Jane
Doe #6, and provided the name of the rental agency. That agency is no longer in business, but we
have identified the owner and have asked him to try to locate those records.
Based upon this additional evidence, I strongly recommend that we include the charges
related to Jane Doe #6. Epstein's conduct with Jane Doe #6 was egregious and his attorney's efforts
to impeach her for extrinsic acts will backfire when it is shown that all of her statements related to
Epstein have been corroborated.
