He doesn =80 t want a settlement dependent on closing the short sale. He is =illing to pay the bank the $60,000
now plus sign over his interests in Har=man so the bank would not need his approval on any future offers if this o=e did
not close for any reason. If the property goes to a foreclosur= sale, the bank would still have his $60,000. He just wants
this to =nd.

Provided that the short sale goes through w=ich was set forth in my previous e-mail to you, PNC Bank has
indicated tha= it would be willing to release Dr. Alexander from his Guaranty in exchang= for payment of $60,000.00.
PNC Bank would not look for Dr. Alexande= to turn over his rights and shares in Hardman Development. The Bank
would=not expect Dr. Alexander to pay one-half of the closing costs on the HUD s=atement. Please advise if Dr.
Alexander is willing to settle u=der these terms.

Mr. Steele asked that I reply to your email=for him. Dr. Alexander would like to settle this matter with the ban=
and put this entire experience behind him. He would like to make th= following settlement proposal:
1.&nb=p; He will pay the bank Ys of the=$100,000.00 at this time;
2.&nb=p; He will also pay 'A of the clo=ing costs on the HUD statement;
3.&nb=p; He will sign over all of his right= and shares in Hardman Development to the bank;
4.&nb=p; The bank will release his guaranty=
Dr. Alexa=der would like to settle at this time, whether or not the proposed sale go=s through. Ultimately, the
collection of funds from Dr. Alexander wo=ld be to the benefit of the bank and the bank would have the money from hi=
even if the closing does not take place.
