Ok,
I think I should continue the home search for a lower cost home then= I wasn't totally clear on the final deal, that's why
I'm asking now before=l get committed to a contract.
I guess its best to see if they accept the $1,220 price.
My improvement=punch list consisted of:
-exterio= Paint
-interior Paint
-a lot of new Furniture.
-new flooring entire upstairs since, artificial Perga flooring was used= which includes 3 upstairs bedrooms.
-i=stall mini Home theatre in upstairs room.
-several chandeliers, interior lighting since buyer removed 3 of th=m.
-landscaping by pool
-pressure clean roof
-drain pool and pressure clean Pebble tech Finish.
Amongst other areas of improvement

When I sell my Hobe Sound I was planning to use those funds to furnish, upda=e and paint the
new home or any thing required to improve the house.
