In March of 2011, there was the Acosta letter. In Aug of 2011 there was a hearing where the petitioners say the recusal or OPR issue was mentioned. I will send you more materials as I access them. We can track it down - thru their privilege logs (dates), perhaps the unsealed pleadings from last year where we first learned of the officewide recusal.
