Dear Karyna:
I had a long conversation with Ms. Bonnie Garner this morning. First of all, the attorney that called on your
behalf yesterday was very forceful with her and that is why she was short and abrupt with him. She had also not
seen the new admit letter we supplied before speaking with him.
Now that she has the new letter, she really needs your documentation. She waialisiiend to drop
it off yesterday and no one came to her office. She would like you to call her a fore noon
today so she can explain what she needs and when she will be receiving your documentation.
As an aside, there is no guarantee you will be approved for the F-1. Having applied for political asylum means
you intend to immigrate; and Fl is for those with no intention of immigrating. It could take some time and get
complicated but she will definitely try to work with you and do as much as she can from her end. Ultimately
decision is made elsewhere.
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding with this process. Your situation is unique and has
provided some challenges we need to work through.
Thanks
Sandi
