The diversity and experience of adversity ca= be better indicators of leadership success . These types of life challeng=s

The hard lessons I have learned has given me the experien=e of how not to lead and how not to treat others. I learnt to
stay r=tional even under svere emotional pressures.

Racist and neo-Nazi violence are issues that still =C2 remain. Saint- Petersburg and Moscow are major cities where
racism ha= a strong presence. For example, In 2008 when I was in my second year at c=llege, there were 53 cases of
racist and xenophobic violence in which 15 p=ople were killed and 38 were injured. However, we don't often hear=in the
media about these problems in Russia. After a year of living in St.=Petersburg I had witnesses injustice and unfairness

approach was to spread to=erance and democracy among Russians by using a variety of techniques, =A0including
political campaigns. Education of youth regarding the importan=e of racial tolerance was one of effective methods we
used, visiting=more than fifty public and private schools.. Our efforts to reach politica= authorities were worthless, they
remained uninterested in such crimes. As=for today there are some significant improvements in legal prosecutions

useless.
