Dear Ms
I am taking this opportunity to remind you that the lease on my condo
unit # 821 in One City Plaza expires on December 02, 2009. I am
offering you the option of continuing to lease the property, at a
mutually agreeable price, which is to be determined, Please let me
know by midnight on Saturday October 24 if you wish to exercise this
option.If you choose to, then I am setting the date of Saturday
