Hi Peter,
The "read-only" CMP access has been requested.
Regarding the scope of inspection, please work with Pentastar to get that prepared and forward to me once it's
ready and I'll review with the Seller. Regarding any scheduled maintenance, anything due on or before the
expected closing date will be Seller's responsibility.
Regarding the test flight, we are happy to do a test flight for you and have you and any Pentastar reps on board
to help oversee the flight but Gulfstream employed pilots can unfortunately not fly the aircraft because they are
only able to do this when the aircraft is at a Gulfstream service center. We can fly the aircraft with Seller's
pilots and we can do a full functional flight to make sure that everything is working as it should. Hopefully this
is sufficient for you.
We are working on the Purchase and Sale Agreement now and once this agreement is fully executed, we'll be
able to approve the commencement of your prebuy inspection.
Thank you,
Kevin White

Hello Brian and Kevin,
First, I would like to introduce myself-
My Name is Pete Rawson
I have been hired by Mr. Hanson as a Maintenance consultant towards the purchase of G550-5017 (N62MS),
from Avpro.
I have over 30 years Gulfstream maintenance experience, and am based out of Teterboro, NJ.
My contact information is at the bottom.
I would like to have "read only" access to CMP under my account for at least 30 days.
"Peterjrawson" is the user name.
I have been given some of the recent substantiating CMP runs for review-
The buyer would first like to have a test flight accomplished by a Gulfstream crew.
We need to have the aircraft fully compliant for the flight.
I see that there are open, or overdue items currently.
It appears that the Navigation subscriptions will also require current loading prior to the flight.
I also saw that the Main Batteries were due Cap check, but the only mention in recent work orders was to
record voltages.
The runs show that the 3 ADM's are due for a 12 Month item, but the 91.411/413 is not due till 2017?
(these were due this Month).
Can you give us an estimate as to when the aircraft would be available for the flight?
We need to check on crew availability, and will need a target date.
I have been given a late date CMP run. It shows that many items listed as "Customer frequency" have been
removed from the list.
These include BITE checks on the emergency batteries and other items. I will follow-up on that, when given
access.
We would like Pentastar to quote cost, and estimated downtime for the 144 month inspection (due June 2016).
The IA and 2A inspections will also need to be accomplished at this time.
I believe that the Landing Gear CIC will be due in July, and we would like to have included in the quote.
I will review the proposal for additional items to be addressed to be fully operational till the end of 2016.
Our intended Pre-buy would also require:
-Engine, Apu and airframe records review.
-address items documented from the Gulfstream Westfield Pre-buy accomplished Aug 2015.
-Engine Boroscope inspections.
-APU Boroscope inspection.
What is Pentastar's capability to accomplish these inspections, a schedule opening, and rough downtime?
Thank you, and I am looking forward to working with your Team.
Best Regards,
Pete
