Confirm all oysters for month are in index. Confirm waiters have read "Oyster Sales Blurb" - see attached doc. Water outside live trees in tree stands daily. Monitor the weather for warm days. Alert Maintenance Dept. to pull out trees and set up café. Put in Track-it to change priorities for early tables in PH.
