We have processed a 10k payment to the line of credit today. We recognize we need to pay more to the LC and are trying to get back on track with that but have been paying 40k per month on a fixed payment plan to the IRS which we are adjusting to and the performance in the NY office has dropped and we terminated the director. I am not on rotation running both offices again to put it back on track. We are working on an abatement case of penalties and then following that and offer in compromise to get that balance lowered and get more aggressive with everything.
