Let me know what you think. This work is labor intensive because of the limited access
to the work area, and the nature of the project.
There is a thermoplastic membrane under the concrete, and we can install a new one on
top and mechanically fasten or fully adhered (glue down the new membrane). The cost
of a new liner is about 5.00 a sq. foot installed or about
$ 10,000.00

Brice,
Here is a price to do the stucco repairs. 1 would like to do the repairs on a time and
material basis. It is very difficult estimate the square yards because there are so many
repairs tat need to be addressed. Labor would be 100.00 an hour and I would provide
receipts for the materials.
Material costs and coverage rates
Wall base 45 s.f. @ 1/8" 17.00 per unit
Mesh 55 s.y. 50.00
DPR-Permaflex 50.00 for 100 s.f.
Repair columns on entry.
Scrape loose stucco off walls
Apply Wall Face base coat 1/8" thick
Embed nylon mesh into base coat
Allow to cure for minimum 48 hours
Apply DPR Permaflex acrylic stucco
*Apply acrylic paint, brushed on surface to match existing
For example, if we did 9000 s.£ Of repairs, material costs would be approximately
10,000.00
And labor for I week, 4 men, would be 4000.00. So $14,00.00 for 9000 square feet.
Travel would need to be added at about 1500.00 for that week.
*Because the existing finish has weathered, we will match the stucco
