Nov.25, 2013 Mr. Brice Gordon Zorro Ranch, 79 Zorro Ranch Rd. Stanley, NM 87056 Re: Internet via VSAT service Dear Mr. Gordon, Regarding our conversation about your internet service I was able to come up with the following service to help you out with your speed problems. Please keep in mind these are close estimates but the monthly and equipment pricing is firm. It would require the installation of a 1.8 meter dish and I would recommend a ground pole mount which would be approximately 3' above ground level at the bottom of the dish making the overall height about 8-9' above ground level. The service, as I told you would provide 6 Mbps download and 1Mbps upload speed with no client sharing to slow you down. This would run you $1560 per month, plus applicable state and Federal taxes. I am reaching out to find out what the expected Federal tax is and, as you know, NM Gross Receipts tax is 7% or what it is in your county. The materials required are as follows: 1. 1.8 m dish and mount 2. Ground pole 3. 10 Watt BUC( upconvertor) 4. Phase Lock Loop LNB 5. Up to 150' of dual RG11 cable 6. Buc Power inserter 7. Skyedge 2 Extend receiver 8. Installation of above items The dish must be within 150' of the router or switch and have 120VAC power available. The cost of the BOM and the installation would be approximately $8400 plus tax including the freight charges. The receiver has a LAN port on it to interface with your equipment. It would take about a week to have the site engineered and available for use, and as stated, we have all of the necessary equipment in inventory. As far as the billing, at this time I am not sure if it would come from Spacenet directly or from their vendor. I will try to ascertain this going forward. The advantage of this type solution is that the speed is guaranteed and will not slow down even though the limits may be reached, they are billed at an incremental cost when the weekly download speed exceeds 14.4 MB per week and upload of 2400 MB per week. I will forward you the exact numbers if you should decide to move forward with this solution. Should you have any questions, as you know you can reach me anytime at ell or 505.792.8045 office. Very Truly Yours, EFTA01124548 Jim Cloud, JRC Telecommunications NM Lit 025654 EFTA01124549
