Hi-- Just wanted to give you an update. I have been in touch with about this. To avoid
possibly interfering with stored electronic documents, IT is going to give me access to copies of backed up
versions of my emails and memos. The emails and electronic documents forMi, and .= are all at
EOUSA, son. is looking into getting copies of those. That may be a lengthy process, so please let OPR
know that we are diligently working on this, but it may be a couple of weeks before I can compile everything.

Subject: Call from OPR
I've just spoken with mat OPR, regarding the request for investigation submitted by . She is in
the preliminary stages of determining whether the matter should be opened into an investigation. To assist her in this
process, she asked if we could produce the following:
(1) documents such as memos or e-mails which show the decisional process for determining whether this Office should
enter into the Non-Prosecution Agreement with Epstein. This would include opposing views within the office, as well as
supporting views; and
(2) documents showing whether the FBI was, or was not, made aware of the negotiations with Epstein regarding the Non-
Prosecution Agreement. claims the FBI was kept completely out of the process.
Can you canvass your files and find out whether responsive documents exist? Thanks.
