Island roads are not in good shape. Large stones on road in several places. You can see weeds growing around them, so they have been there for a while. Also, quite a bit of debris on both roads leading to kite house as well as water erosion. PICS: road.jpg and roadl.jpg 2. Flagpole pool equipment room door (Facing GSJ) does not latch so the wind opens and closes it, with dirt and leaves flying in. Fix latch PICS: flagpooldoor.jpg and flagpooldl.jpg 3. Flagpole office equipment room door does not properly close. Needs trimming PICS: flagdoor.jpg 4. Flagpole office pool equipment storage needs organizing PICS: flagequip.jpg 5. Kite house generator room door needs paint and weed trimming the area in front PICS: kitegen.jpg 6. Captains office steps needs rehab. New coat of paint of more durable surface, storage room full of trash PICS: captoffice.jpg and captofficel.jpg 7.
