We are going to be arresting her at some point in the near future, initially we thought August however we have a conference call w SDNY today and we are going to discuss moving it up and possibly doing it within the next few weeks. I'm sure I will know more about our plan after the conference call, I'll circle back with you. Also, after her arrest we are going to need to do some travel to conduct follow up interviews.
