Punuaat to your request and after our inspection, we submit herewith our proposal for wood refinlihing services to be achieved in accordance with the following: Scope of work: We propose to furnish all labor, material, equement, and services necessary to complete the wood refmishittg and reconditioning work as follows: Main Entrance Doors: Properly repair and refinish to match the original finish the inter and exterior sides of the main entrance doors, door frame and transom as required. Work to intlludk; properly repair all damages, gouges, nicks and scratches, lightly sand smooth, refineih/lone to blend with the existing, apply sealer and a coat of satin polyurethane to the wood er trance doors, door frame and transom, interior and exterior sides. Ourfeefor the abree: $ 3,840.00 Aztec Wood Restoration & Maintenance is responsible for use 'up-to-date techniques, sequences, scheduling and produces in performing the services is order to achieve results consistent with levels which are in compliance with law and wit, standards equal to first-class office buildings in the New York metropolitan areas and as preanibed herein. Work shall be performed during regular business hours. We agree to perform the above services for a total amount of $444#s00, plus sales tax where applicable.
