WHEREAS, pplied to the Town Council of the Town of Palm Beach, by
application for Special , for permission to

(b) Upon the said kitchen facilities being used for purposes other than for
the use of bona fide family members, household staff and non-paying
guests of the Owners.
(c) Upon the premises being sold without the purchaser of the premises
applying for. and being granted, a renewal of Special Exception
N24-2001, and agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions
imposed thereon by Town. If the purchaser agrees to be bound by the
terms and conditions expressed in this Agreement. said renewal of Special
O Exception 24 - 2001 shall not be unreasonably withheld by Town.
