Second Amended and Restated Exempted Limited Partnership Agreement of AP Professional Holdings, L.P. This is the aggregating vehicle just below BRH Holdings in the structure. 3. Agreement Among Principals 4. Employment, Non-Competition, and Non-Solicitation Agreement 5. Shareholders Agreement I should clarify that this is not an exhaustive list of "Project Strong" documents to which Leon and his affiliated vehicles are a party but these documents seemed most responsive to Mr. Epstein's request.
