Thanks for forwarding me the content=of the investigative report by ASU
related to me and my participation, alo=g with Johnny, at Origins events. I am attaching what you sen= to me so that I
may comment on it.:
"Four Wi=nesses reported during the investigation that Respondent once made
a comme=t in the presence of employees about the physical characteristics of Amber=Heard, an actress and female
visitor at Origins Project event. Specificall=, during the Johnny Depp event on February 16, 2016, that Respondent, whil=
getting everyone together to take a picture with Johnny Depp, said, 0=800get your hot ass over here" when
attempting to get Amber to j=in the picture. During this same event, two witnesses allege that Responde=t told Heard,
"Your ass looks great." Employees also indic=te that he talked about how "hot she was".
When asked if he ever commented on a female's =uttocks in front of
employees, Respondent stated, "Whoa, not that =...l can't imagine doing that". Respondent stated, =E2$4Generally, I
would say that is not a good idea" but added =hat if someone asked his opinion about someone, he might respond.
When ask=d if he ever made comments about Amber Heard's body, Respondent st=ted, "No. Amber Heard is an
incredibly attractive woman, and every=ody understands that and everybody said it, and she is".
Respondent =tated that he did not remember telling Heard that her "ass0=9D
looked good. He stated, "I don't remember saying it, bu= it's the kind of thing that a close friend would say to a close
f=iend in the context of [asking for wardrobe advice], but I certainly don=E244>t remember it, but we were very, very
close." Respondent s=ated that making such comments in the workplace would be outside of normal=conduct for him,
but "if it would've happened, it would ha=e not been at the Origins offices. It would have been in the middle of an =vent
when we were celebrating".
Factual Determination: Four witnesses =eard Respondent make the statement.
Although Respondent stated he did not =emember saying this, he did acknowledge that it is the kind of thing that =
close friend would say. It is more likely than not that Respondent made t=e statements. "
