To: jeevacation©gmail.com 'eevacation mail:corn]: Trent Steele Cc: Leanne Seibert From: drsra Sent Fri 1/6/2012 2:49:41 PM Subject Fw: Regions Bank Line of Credit Did you get a chance to telephone Ms. Conaway? All that is needed is contact saying that you represent me and we will work out a mutually acceptable solution. If you cannot call today, let me know so I can telephone her. She said she needs contact by today, & it seemed like that would prevent some collection action beginning immediately. She was very pleasant. I explained that Mike Hardman set this line of credit up with a bank officer who was his friend and then stole the money from me. I also said he did a similar thing to me at another bank and this resulted in a large lawsuit. I told her I think it may be settled. I said Hardman had relationships with bank officers that he used to get loans/lines of credit in clients' names (he was my financial advisor) and then stole the money. I said I wanted to work something out and avoid litigation. She asked about bankruptcy and I said I want to avoid it. She wants a repayment plan that involves $2,921.00 a month for 7 years, which is full repayment at 6% interest. I asked about a lump sum and she said that the bank would require my 2010 income taxes and a financial statement. At this point I said I would have you contact her. Ms. Conaway said she needs contact with someone from your office within 48 hours (by Friday) to at least make a note that the process has begun. If ou are unavailable, I can call her back and she will reset the date. Her telephone number is I would like for you to see if you can negoiate a settlement amount, but I don't know how to proceed. I will follow your advice. I figure anything less that the entire $200,000.00 is a win. EFTA_R1_00537070 EFTA02028434
