5. No harm or prejudice will result to the Defendants as a result of the granting of
this motion. The matter is not set for hearing or trial.
WHEREFORE, undersigned counsel respectfully requests that this Court enter an Order
granting Martin G. Weinberg's Motion to Withdraw Pro I lac Vice Appearance from this case.
