range from $20K to $35K a month. The most likely picks are in downtown.
This is a lot of money over the course of a year so if you have any
objections let me know--but these are all deals in DC's pricey market.
We will grow to potentially 40-50 people on staff and bring Americans
United with us so I estimate we will need 8000-10,000 sq ft or so.
2. Controller/CFO--see attached resume. Dion Williams is an
African-American woman with credentials and excellent references. She
has worked in non-profit environments. In addition to book-keeping,
accounting, tax compliance, payroll, budgeting she would help with
benefits administration. Our outside accountants, Gilbert/Wolfland,
vetted her and feel she will do a good job.
