EFTA_R1_02019056 EFTA02688148  S THE STORY BEHIND THE HLX8 My name is David LaPoint and I am a 51 year old engineer/inventor/physicist from Huntington Beach, California. I have over 30 years of experience designing and building very complex high tech machines and processes for industry. Some of these have been computer controlled with hundreds of inputs and outputs monitored and controlled in real time. I have patents on some of these machines and processes dating back to the 1970's. That being said I am amazed at some of the results from discoveries I made in December 2006. In general, the closer the head of the HLX8 is to the area treated the better and faster the results. As you can see in the illustration below, the strength of the field of ions is more intense and focused closer to the mouth of the HLX8 with the strongest part of the field being inside the HLX8. If you can, you want to place the area to be treated inside the HLX8 as shown in photos I and J on the following pages. These two photos (I & J) show how to use the HLX8 for arthritis or other injuries in the hand or wrist. A foot problem would be treated as shown in photos S and T. You can see that the closer the head of the HLX8 is to the area of concern the better. There is no problem with your body actually touching the HLX8. Sometimes there are several positions that will work just as well for treatment of an ailment. A headache can be treated by using the HLX8 as shown in photos A, B, U or V with equal results in many cases. Please observe the photos on the following four pages for some suggested positioning of the HLX8 to get ideas on how you might want to use it for your particular problem. As you can see in some of the photos, you can use the HLX8 while reading, watching television, working on a computer, or any other activity that will allow you to remain in the field emitted from the unit. There is also no need to remove clothing whilst using the HLX8. He began working with machines when he was ten years old at his father Philip's manufacturing company that produced small consumer products. At his father's company Dave would file, sand and inspect small metal parts that he would then assemble into the finished item. By the age of 21 Dave had obtained his first patent and was skilled in many different forms of machining, welding and production processes. When computer aided drafting started to become available Dave was one of the first to embrace this technology. He now uses 3d cad to completely develop new products on his advanced computer system before they ever exist in the real world. One of the more recent projects that Dave was responsible for was the development of the process and equipment for applying polysiloxane hardcoats in clean room conditions to various substrates. Dave obtained worldwide patents on this technology that produces a protective surface superior in chemical and abrasion resistance to other coatings used previously for many applications. The equipment that was designed by Dave for this process was completely contained within a standard 40 foot offshore shipping container that allows for the equipment to be shipped to a remote location, the power connected and production to begin within days of arrival. I have very little time for this sort of thing. Then, a machine by the name of the HLX8 was brought to my attention. I have been scientifically investigating the seemingly unbelievable benefits of the HLX8 since. What we have unraveled to date have been some astonishing results. What I found on a scientific plane is that due to its configuration, it creates an intense internal magnetic field that induces a force that will cause free ions to condense and accelerate uniformly away from the machine and that these ions will have an intrinsic rotation about their central axis configuration. There is no substantial magnetic field outside of the machine. There is also no measurable radiation produced in any part of the device. I also found that non- magnetic substances (US Quarters) experienced a force when they were placed inside the center of the device that caused a lift (2mm or so) against gravity. The coins also increased in temperature by roughly 10 degrees Fahrenheit. The machine was said to relieve the symptoms caused by: arthritis, muscle aches, cancer, poor blood circulation, and fibromyalgia. I am not a medical doctor, my precise field of study is experimental condensed matter physics. That said, my theory thus far is that the random free ions in air are being forced to become highly-ordered ions that are electronically polarizing the blood cells (each cell gets passed by the ionized field which forces positive and negative poles).
