Carpentry. Completed chillax soffit. Framed and hung master exterior mirrors. Fix gate at heli. GSJ tiki continued. Demoed lattice — LSJ tiki. Electrical/Plumbing. Reinstating 3 lights damaged in storm by stone tower. Continue landscape lighting maintenance and repair. Broke down toilets, sinks — Cabanas - prep for Absolute Flooring. Installed lighting in new soffit in chillax bath. Replaced exterior outlets and switch plates. Power for sander — needed 220V. Check GFI - electric car. Fix edger for floor guys. Engineering. Piston on lull. Disconnect hammer for trackhoe for slab. Quad ski - change belt. Dump truck - removed old cables. Assist w barge repairs. Clean all heavy equipment. Pressure wash carts, Assess parts needed for Polaris. Clean. Heavy Equipment. Assisted Landscaping — moving Palms to New Beach. Assisted Boschulte — reinstating boat ramp — LSJ. Housekeeping. Helped w extra cleanup in tunnel and at tiki from floor guys in addition to usual rounds. Also assisted w emptying cabanas, FPPool etc for floor guys Landscaping. Helped to pour concrete on pebble beach. Transplant all new palms to new beach. Trim palm trees by library. Install new irrigation line on new beach. Built new stone wall by new flag pole pool road. Began moving plants to flag pole pool area. Fix jasmine on GSJ (sea grape tree planter). Marine. Little C maint. Underway. Barge prop was trimmed, and then picked up debris that had to be removed, then had scheduled repairs. Further issues found in motor and parts ordered. Down at least through Tues. Ferry will continue to be in use for morning runs. Doing two staff runs w two boats in evenings. Painters. Paint frame - ext mirror at Master. Paint entry walls of floors and stained doors of CostULess, Electric Shop, Entry. Leak tested cabana buildings. Painted MC pantry. Rust remediation - water heater room at FPP. Paint interior of RO. RO/Maintenance. Routine maintenance, pools. Check cells in batteries for water. Contractors on island: Absolute Flooring — began demo of floors Peter Elie — Pebble Beach Pour, Began forming Columns and Ring Beam Jeffers — Began staking for roads Boschulte — landscaping/tree relocations Reefco — Replaced all master duct work (full of mold), disassembled and cleaned dehumidifier and air handler at Master, maint. - laundry ac. Will be back on Monday to address ductwork in Master bath if EFTA01032466 needed and replace condenser for cab 2. Kerwin Bedminister — Tiki Kitchen Tile - LSJ EB - GSJ. Set precast slides for boat ramp, excavated and started forming for bulkhead and top half of ramp -LSJ Danny - MC Pool Wall Many thanks to all for all the hard work. Other Notes: • Anna began cleaning out kitchen, pantry. Restocking medicine cabinet. Missing newly- stocked cold medication noted and discussed with crew. Of course, nobody knows where it went but crew is aware that we are aware and watching. • Anna to address oxygen tanks and medical supplies. Sent her the estimates acquired from Liston in January. • Three new LSJE contractors hired — Luckner Leger for Landscaping. Ashielle Etienne for Engineering and Rust Remediation. David Alves for Rust Remediation and General Repairs and Maintenance, Marine, and will be barge mate until replacement found. • Independent Contractor, Kerwin Bedminister and Assistant - began tile work on tiki floor and walls. Testing him out — may be good to have in our pocket for other projects. • Large blue water tank accidentally damaged by heavy machinery and will need to be replaced. • Ferry service acquired at least until Tuesday 02/26 until barge repairs completed. • Boscoe to go to New York — investigate possible new barge — Mar 1-4 • Ghislaine w/ Kitchen Solutions here Mar 1-2 to measure for countertop estimate and bring samples.
