Install owner's wall base molding and caulk. Furniture moving will be required as job progresses. NOTES: Above prices does not include sub-floor work. After carpet is removed. floor/sub-floor will be properly inspected. If repairs are necessary, additional charges will apply. In solid VA" floors, gaps may be the thickness of a dime or wider. Wider boards have even wider gaps. Square-edged floors show gaps more than beveled floors, and light-colored floors show gaps more than dark floors. - Wood flooring is affected by sunlight. Some woods darken when exposed to light; some woods lighten when exposed to light. Is is the purchaser's responsibility to use window treatments to prevent this, if desired. Do not adhere any type of masking tape to floor, as this may cause finish to peel. - Any product consisting of or containing any natural material is subject to variations inherent in a natural product. Such product will expand and contract seasonally as well as with all changes in temperature and moisture. Real wood possesses unique characteristics and gradations of color. Graining and other features which are hallmarks of natures own materials. Such gradations, variations or characteristics shall constitute a defect under the limited warranty, or otherwise.
