As Leon is aware we have increased the rate for jet =eimbursement for from $9,947 per hour to $18,920 per
hour. Thi= increase is retro to January 1, 2014. We would like to know if he w=ll be submitting for additional
reimbursement for the adjustment in rate for his previous hours that have been submitted YTD= Keep in mind as per
the policy the firm will reimburse for business=travel the lower of the published reimbursement rate or your actual
expens=s.
If he plans to submit for the additional reimburseme=t please let us know who we should work with in order to
do so prior to ye=r end. Let me know if you have any questions.
