B & M MARINE CONSTRUCTION HEREBY SUBMITS ESTIMATES FOR:
I. Demo existing concrete dock and haul away.
2. Install 150' of new pre-cast concrete seawall in front of the existing wall within 12".
A. Prestress concrete vertical and batter piles, (17)12" x 12" up to 20' length.
B. Concrete seawall slabs: 9' x 7 ¶4" up to 12' in length.
C. Concrete seawall cap 36" x 14" using 45 bars with #3 stirrups ® o.e.
D. Backfill between wall from canal.
3. Install new I00'xis concrete dock on outside of new seawall.
A. Eleven (II) 12"x12" concrete piles up to 20' length.
B. 10" thick structural slab #5 bar o.c. each.
C. No pilasters.
D. Total dock width to back of cap will be 10'.
E. Over pour existing seawall as part of dock.
F. Dock has to be 25' off each property line. Sub-Total:S 162,250.00
4. Install 12,000 lb. Neptune aluminum elevator boat lift as follows
A. Mount to new dock.
B. Remote, guide post and wood bunks included.
C. Electric is not included.

OPTION I: B & M Marine proposes to repair existing seawall footer as follows:
A. Remove approximately 20' of floating footer sheets.
B. Install ISO' of new 5' long footer sheets at the base of the existing sheets.
C. Drill 'I" lag screws in top of the existing sheet every 3' and fasten to existing wall.
D. Concrete fill the gap between the old sheets and seawall.
E. Pour concrete between old sheets and the new sheets to fill void. $ 23,850.00

We will furnish permit processing, engineering, certified plans, labor, supervision, material; and
equipment to remove and replace a 7' wide x 110'+/- long marginal concrete dock. All work
will be done according to the following:
1. Remove and demolish the existing T wide x 110'+/- long marginal concrete dock with stone
finish. This work includes all costs associated with the demolition work.
2. Proposed new concrete dock to be supported by concrete bents on 12" x 12" square pre-
stressed commercial grade concrete piles ® maximum 15' on center spans.
3. Concrete slabs to have a minimum 8" of thickness. Stone finish work on top of proposed

4. This work includes 8(ea.) 12' butt diameter wood mooring and bumper piles.
5. Any additional work beyond the scope of the work as outlined above will be done by a
change order.

7. No sprinkler work, landscape work, sod work, plumbing work, or electrical work is included
in this agreement.
8. Building permit application and processing are included in this proposal, however permit

Furnish engineering, plans, labor, material, and equipment to construct ±140 linear feet of
cantilever steel sheetpile retaining wall in front of existing concrete wall. Steel sheetpile will be
AZ 14-770 or equivalent with epoxy coating the top 10 feet. Concrete cap will be a minimum
3'-0" /- wide and 2'-O" deep steel reinforced with 12" x 12" sq. pre-stressed concrete batter piles
(g/13'+/- on center. Concrete cap will be constructed maximum 12' waterward of existing toe-
wall and will have a concrete plug built between the old and new wall at each end. Clean sand
backlit' between the old and new wall is included in this proposal. Wall will be constructed from
a barge crane with vibratory hammer.
NOTES:
I. Proposal does not include any utility work such as electric, plumbing, lights, power
pedestal, etc.
2. Survey and control by others.
3. Owner to provide Construction Technology, Inc. with a copy or a certified property
survey.
4. Building permit application and processing are included in this proposal however permit

Palm Beach, Florida. The proposed scope of work will be done according to the following:
I. install 1(ca.) 16,000 lb. capacity "X2-T2 TOPLESS" vertical cradle boatlift, aluminum and stainless
steel as manufactured by Hi-Tide Sales, Inc. to be mounted on proposed 4(a) 12" butt diameter 2.5
CCA marine treated wood piles. All wood piles will be wrapped in the tidal area and installed with
PVC white cone caps. Proposed boatlift will come complete w/ a set of wood bunks, 1(ca.) remote
control unit, and a limit switch.
2. This boatlift will require a 50 AMP electrical service.
3. Electrical hook-up by others.
4. No electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, landscape or survey work is included in this proposal.
S. Owner to provide Con-Tech with a copy of a sat certified survey.
6. Town of Palm Beach will require a variance permit for this project. Variance pa-mining with the
Town of Palm Batch ARCOM to be addressed by the owner or his authorized representatives.
7. Permit processing. permit applications are included in this prdposaL however, permit fees are not and
will be billed separately. Permit issuance cannot be guaranteed
Options:
1. Upgrade proposed 16,000 lb. capacity boatlift to a 20,000 lb. capacity "Topless' vertical
cradle boatlift, aluminum and stainless steel as manufactured by Hi-tide Sales, Inc. mounted on
4(ca ) 12" butt diameter 2.5 CCA marine treated wood piles or 12" x 12" square pre-stressed
concrete piles. All wood piles will be wrapped in the tidal as and Stalled with PVC white
cone caps as mentioned above. This boatlift will require a 60 AMP electrical service.
An additional $2,500.00 to the contract sum.
