Rather just to be clear that all sales were final and that the discount applied was for the Bulk purchase of what remained. As for "what we Really need" I think, we could make good use of most of what she has, but Most importantly All of her: - SeaGrape Which is vital for coastal areas, as a wind break and soil retainer, and I can see an eminent need for lots of it around the new R.O. Bulling aswell as the eastern coastal road to the library - Palms For the areas around the new pool, the propssed terraces, also in between the master bedroom and the library, and the pool by the flag pole. All of these areas could be great new homes for her native salt and wind tolerant palms. - Canopy Trees Beautiful shaped, shade trees, to add some, height and even color to the tree line. Many of her native species could also be used as road markers or a tree tunnel sort of effect, to transform some of the barren roadways into beautiful natural boulevards. - Maybe her native Hard woods as,well would be good to add on some of the barren slopes, as sort of a reforestation that will increase the attraction of rainclouds, become a home/santuary for local birds and help reverse the loss of valuable topsoil when it rains. - Also she has some very nice coastal, salt tolerant vines/ that can cover boulders/ barren areas I wish you could see her plants for yourself, to get a better sense of how nice they are. I think we should try to work out some sort of mutually agreeable arrangement. Maybe, I should go, tag all that we would need, and have her give us the best price possible for that?
