Appliances The following Appliances will need replacing Dishwashers x 2 Wall oven, microwave combo Main 48" Oven The Main Oven has been repaired numerous times, and as of date the ovens still do not work. The Wall oven is non operational Dishwashers have programming and hardware issues The Sub Zero Refrigerators and Ice machine are ok as of date. Granite Countertops Planning on using Existing Counter Tops, but this will be tricky, as they will need to be removed for the demo and re installed.
