I have asked a lot about it and have been assured that absent one or two people, no key employees receive enough in proceeds to make a difference. I have not yet confirmed that and it has to be studied. Just as we have to make determinations as to which members of Mgt we want to keep and which to go. And then we have to determine what their packages look like and whether we are happy with that. There's lots of work to do on these fronts.
