Leighton was on his bike following Me while I drive Danny, Rosa & Kenny. He also told Rosa that we were moving rocks along the water front until I intervened. Leighton was only suppose to talk about the mechanical building nothing else. He started to talk about RIO Roof, Rocks, Zoning, Cape cod & What he's qualified in. Kenny from Jeridian asked me to tell Leighton to stick to the script and don't add anything extra because his main focus should only be the Mechanical Building. Ann R. David had a complaint from someone that we discussed. Complaint was that we were creating stone buffers preventing boaters from coming ashore to the beaches. I assured him this wasn't happening since I started and that there were natural reefs that prevented the boaters from coming ashore. He agreed an said that he had to ask as there was a complaint. (Most likely someone saw machines removing rocks from the shore for the waterfall. We need to be careful.) 4. David wanted to inspect grading of roads. We showed him one of the roads going from maintenance building to tennis court and he was pleased. 5. We discussed putting in drainage swales after the asphalt and minimizing damage and he agreed that we would have better control of the water rather than guessing where the drainage swales should be. David wants protective erosion control at each new drainage swale per permitt. I agreed. 6. David and I discussed my qualifications, previous projects on coastal zones and my working with the Town of Falmouth conservation Department on various projects on Cape Cod. David is from Arlington, VA 8. Kevin from Jaedian mentioned that the working drawings should be completed by the end of September. They had to have plans modified for proper venting for carpenters shop and fertilizer/chemical storage. 9. Daphne gave me a set of drawings that I will review. 10. I asked David if he will sign off on project and David commented that most likely after he reviews the plans once more.
