Yippeeeeeee!!!! And went GREAT! Wasn't able to because of money, then fasciitis but have been doing about 2-3 1/2 hours a day at the studio or yoga when in Florida...and WOW what I re-shifted! Really cool! Better n eva! Hey, is it possible to be there when Igor is there, I find I really enjoyed exchanging ideas, very, very nice to exchange with another who has gone very deeply, mastered the body and keeps growing and open! Really cute... Yesterday my roommate, (about 70 years old), very sweet, was saying again how she LOVES me being there and was saying how she really wishes me to feel at home, if I want to say hello, say hello! if I want to keep to myself, fine! And then she went to the piano (old baby grand) and broke into song! It was the sweetest thing! I was overcome with delight! I was getting ready to go, and was last minute checking the mirror and looked at myself and thought "Life is a musical!" It was like when you arc watching a film and they suddenly jump into song and dance, was really too funny! Anyway...do shine and be your amazing self in your special way today! I so appreciate you!!!
