Following this further, below is a crack in the wall that holds some of the water when it drips. Moreover, the guys and I used every possible liquid solution to remove any stains from the floor. To further illustrate, some of the stains are a matter of cement and paint hardened overtime and as a result, have difficulty moving. One of the method used in this process was power washing the entire floor. When the floor dries, all of those stains reappear.
