"This Contract" by and between Labonte Construction Services LLC and property Owner Mr. Jeffery Epstein become effective as
of date of owners signature on this proposal. Owner agrees to payment terms below per the scope of work identified on the work
description. Starting on the Commencement Date of and within thirty (30) days of permit isenance and readiness
of the jobsite. Labonte Construction Services LLC agrees to provide the labor and materials per the description listed above. All
additional or changes in work by owner, architect or building dept is to be impbmented per an owner approved change order plus
15% over cost.
Pay schedule: .
50% due at contract signing for scheduling and material order.
40% of contract amount due at painting completion
Remaining 10% of contract at completion.
This proposal is valid for 30 days.
