This man told her that EPSTEIN could help with her modeling and advance her career. This man was trying to convince to meet EPSTEIN. could not recall this man's name but did not recognize his name as someone involved in the modeling industry; this man worked with EPSTEIN. A couple days later, met EPSTEIN. did not recall how the meeting was arranged but thought she may have called EPSTEIN's assistant. went to EPSTEIN's home on 71st Street; she thought she went in the afternoon. Someone, perhaps the maid or butler, answered the door and led her upstairs to the living room. Most of the times saw EPSTEIN, she waited in the living room. EPSTEIN came in the room and started talking. described the room as very ornate with a couch, tables, and sometimes there was a massage table set up. EPSTEIN made small talk, asking about her background. told him how she grew up. They talked about modeling and EPSTEIN told her he was friends with LES WEXNER. EPSTEIN told her he could get her into the Victoria's Secret catalogue. did not know if she had her portfolio on her first visit with EPSTEIN or if it was on subsequent visits. When told EPSTEIN about her past, he told her it was ok because he was a taxi driver in the past. did not know if he said that to make her more comfortable At some point, EPSTEIN left the room and the massage table was in the room. massaged EPSTEIN; he told her how he wanted it. remembered EPSTEIN grabbing her. thought this happened the first meeting but was not sure; did recall that it happened within the first two meetings. did not remember EPSTEIN saying how he knew about her. would get a call from an assistant or secretary to go to massage him. These assistants worked at the Madison location. had been to the Madison location. The women at the Madison location looked professional. thought the name or sounded familiar. EPSTEIN wanted her to get people; he had mentioned he had other properties. felt that it was only ten percent of the time when she spoke with EPSTEIN on the phone to schedule an appointment. Pretty early on, met GHISLAINE MAXWELL. went approximately two to three times a week to massage EPSTEIN. This continued until approximately 2001. felt it began to get worse and there was an incident with MAXWELL that led to wanting to leave. The third or fourth time went to EPSTEIN's home, she met MAXWELL. did not like MAXWELL. MAXWELL was very intimidating; she was scary to had the feeling that MAXWELL ran the place. was confused about MAXWELL and EPSTEIN's relationship; she did not know if they were together or not. MAXWELL and EPSTEIN talked about their travels and they bantered. MAXWELL seemed to be working at EPSTEIN's home. often saw MAXWELL on the first two levels of EPSTEIN's house; MAXWELL would be near the front of the house and walk around. MAXWELL was there twenty to thirty percent of the time when was there. At this point, MAXWELL never flirted with - that's why the incident with MAXWELL stuck out so much to In approximately 2001, recalled an incident that happened with MAXWELL. got a call to go to EPSTEIN's home. When arrived, MAXWELL answered the door; MAXWELL was very cold and looked mad. MAXWELL led to EPSTEIN's bedroom. thought she had maybe only been in the bedroom once before this. There were sex toys on the bed. MAXWELL told her to sit on the left side of the bed. MAXWELL walked back and forth quickly, laying out sex toys. did not know what was going on. MAXWELL laid a strap on dildo on the bed. Then, EPSTEIN entered the room and it progressed from there. MAXWELL and EPSTEIN were talking about what to do. felt that her brain kind of froze. MAXWELL instructed to take off her clothes. MAXWELL put the strap on dildo on and entered vagina from behind. was on the bed and MAXWELL was behind her. felt that it happened really fast. EPSTEIN may have said some things, but MAXWELL just did things during this incident. did not remember MAXWELL saying much afterwards. MAXWELL seemed to snap back to normal a little bit afterwards. did not know if MAXWELL took a picture. thought EPSTEIN told MAXWELL some instruction but it seemed that EPSTEIN and MAXWELL just knew what to do. There was no talk about it afterwards. The incident was shocking to because MAXWELL had never done this. EPSTEIN would be on the phone a lot. overheard conversations between EPSTEIN and MAXWELL, not necessarily when EPSTEIN was on the phone. overheard them talking about the Royal Family and events. The massages happened in either the living room or the massage room. MAXWELL was present in the bedroom; thought she was only in the bedroom one time. The massages were one on one; there were no other people involved. Generally, EPSTEIN grabbed hard, bruising and squeezing her, while he wanted her to grab him. EPSTEIN gave $200 to $300 per massage. EPSTEIN paid in hundred dollar bills from a drawer on the table. Someone else may have given money but she did not recall a specific memory of that. lived in the for about a year. It was early on that EPSTEIN wanted her to move in there. thought that at one point EPSTEIN told her he owned the apartment building. thought the apartment was bugged; she recalled telling her friend that. described the apartment as being very clean and it seemed like a corporate apartment. saw a vibrator under the bed and thought that was weird. felt scared of EPSTEIN; he was very powerful. EPSTEIN kept pushing to go to the island; felt it was approximately eight times that he pushed her to go. felt that her friend may remember some things because EPSTEIN told her and her friend to eat at a place nearby. The massages continued and EPSTEIN made career promises. flew on EPSTEIN's plane to West Palm Beach; thought this was around but was unsure. could not remember if she flew more than once; she may have flown twice with EPSTEIN. vaguely remembered the flight to West Palm Beach. thought there may have been two other people on board, including an assistant. thought MAXWELL may have been on this flight. When they arrived in Palm Beach, a chef prepared a meal and unpacked. EPSTEIN was near the pool on the phone really loud. thought that within an hour of being there, the massage started. About a quarter of the time, MAXWELL called for massage appointments. MAXWELL also called about the coordination of travel and passport information. Sometimes, one of EPSTEIN"s assistants would book commercial flights to Texas; this was travel unrelated to EPSTEIN. could not specifically remember MAXWELL calling her to organize her travel. did not know if she thought at the time that MAXWELL knew the massages were sexual. Sometimes, MAXWELL was present when arrived to massage EPSTEIN. Looking back, thought MAXWELL did know that the massages were sexual. Early on, MAXWELL showed the massage oil and told her how EPSTEIN liked deep massages. could not recall MAXWELL saying anything sexual at that point. thought she was the only one that this was happening to as she was only at his house a couple hours at the most at a time. recalled a time where she went to EPSTEIN's home and the person that answered the door told her to wait. sat for approximately a half hour near the front door when MAXWELL, EPSTEIN, an a walked in. was shocked; she had never seen another girl there. ran out. friend remembered her crying on the phone to her. In approximately the spring of 2001, left the recalled this was prior to 9/11. and received a letter requesting information to include cell phone numbers, addresses, and all contact information. There were a couple factors that led to leaving; had met someone and the incident with MAXWELL led to her leaving. remembered a phone call where she was told she had to move out; there was some kind of argument. felt that it was sudden and fast. EPSTEIN talked about the Royal Family and PRINCE ANDREW. talked about a time where she was at EPSTEIN's home and heard EPSTEIN get a phone call that PRINCE ANDREW was coming over. PRINCE ANDREW came over with his security detail and he went to a bedroom. EPSTEIN led to the massage room. EPSTEIN told to visit with a lawyer, ALAN DERSHOWITZ. did not need one so she was confused as to why EPSTEIN told her to go to one. did not think she signed anything. told DERSHOWITZ her background. DERSHOWITZ told EPSTEIN that she was on Medicaid. recalled a conversation with EPSTEIN afterwards where EPSTEIN confronted her, saying, "Oh you're on welfare". was surprised by this. This was in the beginning to middle timeframe of being with EPSTEIN. provided documents including documentation of her stay at the , along with a copy of her passport, and copies of the envelope from the letter she received from EPSTEIN's office.
