MCC Video Review Day: 8/09/2019 4pm-8/10/2019 7am Black Male (BM) walks out of Door 46 with something in his hand and walks to the desk area. He then walks away from the desk area toward the exit leading to the laundry room and out of view. At the same time, another person walked from behind the desk and stood in front of the desk and then walked back behind 4:01pm the desk. There is a lot of movement around the desk area by one or two 4:04pm people 2 people walk from behind the desk toward the exit to the 4:05:03pm laundry room and out of view Person walks back to the desk and sits down in a chair which he 4:05:50pm then rolls over toward the stairs to J Tier Same person gets up from the chair and walks over to the desk 4:06pm area 2 people walk from the desk area up the stairs toward G Tier. At the same time, a Black male opened Door 46 and pushed out a cart with unknown objects on top and then closed Door 46 4:07pm behind him. Person walked down the stairs from the direction of G Tier and crossed through the Multi-Purpose (MP) room toward the exit to 4:10pm the laundry room and out of view 2 people walked from the direction of the exit to the laundry room -1 person went to the desk area and 1 person went up the 4:11pm stairs toward G Tier Person walked from behind the desk area and joined another person at the stairs leading in the direction of G Tier. The 2 stood at the top of those stairs for a little while and then 3 people 4:13pm walked down the stairs toward the desk area. General movement around the desk area with one person walking from the desk area toward the exit to the laundry room 4:15pm and out of view 2 people walked from behind the desk and up the stairs toward 4:18pm G Tier 2 people walked down the stairs from the direction of G Tier and 4:20pm to the desk area Person walked from desk toward exit to the laundry room. Then 3 people walked from the direction of the exit to the laundry 4:21pm room to the desk area. 4:23pm A lot of movement over at the desk area 2 people walked from the desk area toward the exit to the 4:24pm laundry room Person walks from exit to laundry toward desk and then walks 4:27pm around MP area EFTA00062283  Person dressed in orange (appears to be an inmate) walked from the direction of the laundry room toward the opposite side of 4:27:54pm the MP area The inmate is then joined by another inmate in the MP area - they look to be picking up things around the area. One of the inmates picks up an object from the cart that was rolled out by the BM in entry 4:07 (the object looked to be a crate of some 4:28pm sort) BM walked through MP area from the direction of the laundry room exit with an unknown object and put on top of cart which was still outside of Door 46. He picked up the phone outside of Door 46 and waited for the door to unlock. He then pushed the cart inside Door 46, let the door shut, and walked back down the stairs toward the laundry room exit. During this time there was general movement around the MP area and desk area by other 4:31pm people. Person walked from behind the desk area toward the laundry 4:33pm room exit and out of view. 2 people walked back toward desk area and general movement 4:34pm around the area 4:36pm Inmate seen again in the MP area 2 people pushed 2 big silver containers into the MP area next to 4:38pm the J Tier stairs The 2 people, later joined another person, around the silver containers appeared to be taking things from the containers tol Tier, K Tier, H Tier, and G Tier. An inmate then came and got the 4:38pm-4:49pm containers and pushed them out of the MP Room, out of view Person walked from direction of G Tier toward the exit to the 4:50pm laundry room 2 people walked from direction of laundry room exit toward H 4:51pm Tier 2 people (now can be identified as a BM and Black Female (BF) ) walked from direction of H Tier to Door 46. BM is holding a box and BF looks to be holding a clipboard with papers and keys. The BF picked up the phone for Door 46 to be unlocked and BM and BF went inside Door 46. During this time there was also general 4:52pm movement by other people around the MP area and desk area. General movement around the MP area, K Tier, H Tier and desk 4:53pm-5:00pm area by people and inmates who appeared to be cleaning. General movement around the area by people (presumably 5:02pm officers) and inmates. 3 people went down toward K Tier EFTA00062284  Same BM and BF from 4:52pm entry came out of Door 46. BF was pushing a cart (looked to be the same one from earlier) and BM had a clear trash bag. BF pushed the cart to the side outside of Door 46 and BM took trash bag with him - both walked down the stairs toward the desk area where they were joined by other people. Then there was general movement around the desk 5:04pm area. 5:07pm People (appeared to be Officers) took an inmate down to K Tier 5:10pm Officers came back up from K Tier General movement around the area by Officers, inmates, and 5:10pm-5:39pm possibly other employees. Inmates still appeared to be cleaning. 5:39pm Inmates pushed the big silver containers into the MP area Person (appeared to be officer) appeared to be escorting an inmate from K Tier toward bottom level recreation area, out of 5:41pm view Person (appeared to be officer) came back from direction of bottom recreation area toward K Tier, stayed for approimately a 5:42pm minute, then back up the stairs toward the desk area BM walked from direction of bottom recreation area up the stairs toward Door 46, picked up the phone, went inside Door 46. At the same time, a person (appeared to be an officer) escorted an inmate from the direction of the stairs to L Tier 5:48pm toward the bottom recreation area, out of view. Person (maybe officer from previous entry) walked from direction of bottom rec area toward desk area and then toward H Tier. Under a minute later, person walked from H Tier area 5:49pm toward desk. General movement around the area of people (appeared to be officers and inmates still cleaning and such) At one point a blue trashcan was pushed in front of J Tier stairs and the person pushing it went up to J Tier carrying something white that was 5:49pm-5:56pm picked out of the blue trashcan A person (looked to be Officer Noel walked from the desk area to the top of the stairs of H Tier. She met up with another person (appeared to be another officer) who was escorted an inmate up from H Tier. The two officers excorted the inmate out of view 5:57pm toward the exit to the laundry room 2 people (appeared to be officers) walked down the stairs to K 5:59pm Tier EFTA00062285  1 person came back up from K Tier and walked to the area that appears to have some kind of admin purpose just below the J Tier stairs, stayed for about a minute and then walked toward the bottom rec area. During this time, inmates were still walking 6:00pm around the MP area (possibly still janitorial services) Person (likely one from above entry) walked from direction of 6:02pm bottom rec area our of view toward exit to laundry room Person (likely officer)walked from direction of exit to laundry 6:05pm room down the stairs to K Tier Person (likely officer) brought something red up from K Tier and carried it out of view toward the big silver containers still in the MP area, then went back toward K Tier, came back up to MP area with another person (likely officer). The 2 then walked out 6:06pm of view toward the laundry room exit. A lot of movement around the area by people (appeared to be officers and inmates) - in the MP area and up and down the 6:06p-6:20pm stairs of J Tier, and in and out of view in surrounding areas Male (M1) walked up from direction of H Tier and up the stairs to Door 46 where he meets up with BM who comes out of Door 46 with some kind of white board in his hands. The 2 talk for about a minute, M1goes into Door 46 and BM walks down the stairs with the white board and out of view toward the exit to 6:20pm the laundry room 6:23pm M1 exits Door 46 and walks toward MP area out of view General movement by people (officers and inmates) around the 6:23pm-6:29pm MP area and desk area 6:29pm Looked like an inmate went up the stairs toward L Tier An officer and another person (liked to be Officer Noel) went toward H Tier - officer went down the stairs and Noel waited at the top. Then she joined him for a short time and then the 2 6:30pm came back up the stairs toward the desk area 6:39pm Person (possibly officer) walked from desk area down to K Tier 6:42pm Person walked back up from K Tier toward desk area 6:43pm Person walked from desk area toward G Tier 6:45pm Person walked back down from G Tier to desk area An inmate was brought in and escorted up to G Tier by multiple 6:54pm people (more than likely officers) Multiple people (likely officers) moving around the MP area and 6:55pm-7:08pm K Tier area Inmates back into MP area and some of the Tiers - appears to still be cleaning. Officers (specifically the one that looks to be 7:09pm-7:17pm Officer Noel) continues to move throughout the MP area. 7:18pm Person (possibly Officer Noel) walked toward G Tier EFTA00062286 7:19pm Same person walked back down from G Tier toward desk area Person possibly walked from deak area to L Tier (hard to really 7:20pm be sure) Appeared to be someone (not dressed in orange) escorted from direction of bottom rec area out of view toward either L Tier or exit to laundry room area by 2 officers (one looked to be Officer Noel - she then walked back toward the desk area after the 7:25:18pm other officer and the person escorted were out of view) General movement around the MP area and desk area - the inmates still appear to be cleaning and it looked like an officer 7:26pm - 7:33pm (likely Noel) gave them access to J Tier at one point The person that appeared to be escorted by an officer and Officer Noel from previous entry is escorted back across the MP area by an officer and the officer who is likely Officer Noel - they came from the direction of the exit to the laundry room and walked toward the direction of the bottom rec area out of view. 7:34pm Shortly thereafter, officer (likely Noel) walked back into MP area General movement around the MP area, desk area, and stairs of some of the tiers. Appeared that an officer (likely Noel) went 7:35pm-7:38pm back up to l Tier to let the inmates who were likely cleaning out Officer (likely Noel) appeared to give inmate access to H Tier to clean. There is A LOT of continued movement around the area 7:41pm-7:46pm by people (likely officers) and inmates Black Female with reddish tinted hair (can't say for sure what kind of MCC employee she is) walked up the stairs to Door 46 with a blue trashcan, picked up the phone beside the door, went 7:46pm inside Door 46 and shut the door behind her Inmate was escorted down through MP area by officer from G 7:49pm Tier - went toward laundry room exit and out of view 7:49pm-7:56pm General movement around the MP area and desk area BF from 7:46pm entry exited Door 46 with Blue Trashcan and left it near the top of the stairs against the railing. She appeared to talk to a couple of the officers - one while she was at the top of the stairs near the trashcan - and then another (who looked like Officer Noel) from the entrance near G Tier - the two then 7:56pm stepped out of view near the entrance of G Tier Person (likely officer) walked across the MP area from the direction of either L Tier or the laundry room exitup the stairs to G Tier - where it looks like either the BF from previous entry of 8:01pm officer (likely Noel) is standing just out of view near G Tier EFTA00062287  Both officers (unknown and likely to Noel), BF, and an inmate 8:03pm walk down from G Tier out to the MP area - then down to K Tier Officers and BF come back up stairs from K Tier and walk to desk 8:07pm area General movement around the MP area, desk area, and around 8:07pm-8:15pm stairs from officers and inmates (who still appear to be cleaning) An inmate walked up the stairs toward Door 46 and placed an object that is red and blue on top of something that is located outside of the office beside Door 46 - then walked back 8:16pm downstairs to MP area 8:22pm Officer appeared to give access to J Tier to inmates 2 people (likely officers) walked from desk area, one holding what looked to be paper, toward either L Tier or exit to laundry room - more than likely they walked up to L Tier because at 8:41pm-8:42pm, you can barely see a figure and movement at 8:39pm the L Tier gate Officers walked back from more than likely L Tier back to desk 8:44pm area 8:45pm-9:00pm Movement around the desk area and the MP area by the officers 9:03pm Officer went down to K Tier Officer back up from K Tier - walks up from MP area and up the stairs to Door 46 - can now see Officer is a Black Male - a white sheet of paper was slipped under Door 46, BM picks up the 9:07pm paper and walks back down to desk area Officer goes down to K Tier. It appears that 1-2 people (likely Officers) go toward either L Tier area or over toward laundry room exit - looks to be holding paper. This could possibly be the start of the 10pm count due to the movements of the Officers in 9:10pm the following time entries. Male (can't say for sure what position this person holds) walks from desk area up the stairs to Door 46, picks up phone, he is holding something white in his hand, possibly paper - enters 9:11pm Door 46 9:12pm Officer back up from K Tier and walks to desk area 2 people (likely officers) walked from the L Tier area or laundry room exit back to desk area - as stated earlier - this looks like the 9:13pm Officers possibly did the L and M Tier counts 2 Officers up to J Tier - looks like one is holding something white, 9:14pm possibly paper 2 Officers back down from J Tier to K Tier. A few moments later, a person walked to the desk area from the direction of the exit to the laundry area - the person opened something at the adjacent area to the desk area that close to the J Tier stairs - hard to say when exactly someone went up the stairs. 6:35am Appears to be more than one person go up the stairs into L Tier ***From just after 6:33am to 7am, can see that there are multiple people moving around the area - mainly from the desk area toward the direction of L Tier EFTA00062292
