Hey Andrew. Rich Kahn from our office suggested changing out the AC units in=both 10B and 10F. If that was the cause
of the leak into the wood flooring,=we don't want the same thing to happen again considering we just re did the=wood
floors. Apparently one of the AC units in 10F is a 220volt ( like the o=e I bought for my apt, but can't use due to the plug
not being the same.) w= can move the one from my apt to 10F, then put a normal AC in my apt. Can w= set this up for
sometime this week. I'm back in town tonight and will be i= NY for a bit and would love to have a working AC in my apt.
