I =ound them online and called to ask about how they handle =onfidentiality agreements, dealing with vendors, etc.. Their business =evelopment director was in NY today working on other projects so we met =ith him to get a sense for who they are. They just did a wedding in =ackson Hole last August so have someone on their team familiar with =ackson and vendors, etc.. They would manage all vendors and their staff =s far as confidentiality, making sure no one takes photos, etc.. They =sually have all staff check in their cell phones and have even =onfiscated an employee's cell phone in the past. They would be a one =top shop to take care of everything from rehearsal dinner, ceremony, =eception, caterers, flowers, entertainment, photography, stationary, =edding website, organizing accommodations, transportation to and from =edding site, etc, etc.. Most importantly they would know how to =roperly handle confidentiality and discretion with everyone involved. =Where as the woman in Jackson says she can't be responsible for vendors =nd their staff as she is a one woman show, thus I would need to be the =ne to enforce all the vendors to sign an agreement...) They are not =heap though. Their minimum fee is $25,000. Did you have a budget in =ind for what I can spend on the wedding so I know whether it's feasible =r not to use them?
