We have received numerous requests and have been very responsive. With each request, we have provided the information sought — without objection. These requests are quite time-consuming to address, but we have allocated the resources because of a desire to be responsive and cooperative. Absent some well-articulated need, we not inclined to provide additional information, including the panoply of materials relating to unrelated properties which were collected and reviewed some 7 years ago. None of that information has any bearing on the merits of the issues at hand. These requests have become burdensome, and each request seems to lead to another one. To be candid, the process seems a bit like a fishing expedition. In our view, the time already spent in responding to the numerous requests has been excessive. The time has come to engage a mediator to facilitate the resolution of the parties' disputes. We are hopeful that Jeffrey will agree that mediation is the appropriate next step.
