We are very excited as we begin to make =etailed arrangements for sharing our wedding with you on Jan =th at
Disneyworld in Orlando FLA. Our hope is that you =ill enjoy a magical and memorable few days of play in the park =nd
celebrating with us and also with some new and old =riends.
This email provides some information =hat will be useful for your travel planning and some questions we =eed you to
reply to so we can progress with completing =nd confirming arrangements.
The overall =hape of the week
5 Jan
Most guests will be arriving =nd checking in to 'the YachtClub' hotel (reference =ap attached and more info at
http=://disneyworld.disney.go.com/resorts/yacht-club-resort/). =inner at Restaurant Marrakesh in Epcot at 6:00pm for
the =irst 11 people who are up for it —15 min walk. (table for =4 booked). Note that to eat dinner in Epcot, you will
=ave to use your park entry ticket for that night. Some =f you may rather prefer to use one of your 4 alloted days of
=ickets (from us) on the 9th before leaving rather than the =th, especially if you come in late.
6 Jan
We will =eet those who are interested for breakfast and plan for the day's =utings somewhere at the hotel, and will fill
you in on =his. A day of enjoying the parks and then dinner together =t Biergarten restaurant in Epcot at 6:30pm - for
those who would =ike to join. It's a 15 min walk from the YachtClub hotel (table =or 14 =ooked)
7 Jan
Wedding day! Free =ime for enjoying the parks until early afternoon. First part of =he celebrations start at 4pm in 'the
Attic' in the Disney =oardwalk— a short walk from the hotel, but rides are available =or those who would rather not walk.
At 7:30pm we'll leave =91the Attic' and walk or ride to Epcot (UK backstage) where we =ill enjoy the evening firework
display from a private viewing area =-9:40pm, along with having dessert and assorted =efreshments. Rides will also be
available to get people =ack to the YachtClub hotel. Otherwise, nightlife is plentiful for =he more energetic to party on
their meander =ack.
8 Jan
Another play day. How =bout a trip into one or more of the parks with some new =riends? We have a table for 14
booked for dinner at =he Disney Hollywood Theme park at the 50's theme diner for =hose who would like to join us
there at =:30pm.
9 Jan
Most guests are checking out and =eparting for home or their next =estinations.
Accommodation
We are =oping that most of our guests will arrive on the 5th and leave on =he 9th, and have reserved enough rooms at
the Disney Yacht Club =esort (standard room) to accommodate everyone for this =eriod.

As you know, we are happy to =ffer to cover 4 nights of hotel for the bulk of our guests, plus a = day pass to Disneyworld
so that we can all have a great time =njoying the park and meeting for meals and catching up in =ddition to the
ceremony and associated events on the 7th. The =isney staff are aware that standard rooms for 5.9 will be direct =illed
to our master account unless people expressly request =therwise to us, and that all other charges for meals, extra days
=tc will be billed to the individual.
We =ill complete the room bookings for you once we have information =rom you about arrival times, room
requirements, etc (those =uestions are below).
Transport
Airport =ransfers - Walt Disney World offers a complimentary shuttle =nd luggage delivery service to and from the
Orlando International =irport. You can book Disney's Magical Express reservations =y calling (407) 827-6777 with flight
information after your hotel =eservations are complete.
Around the parks — Bring your =alking shoes! The parks are big and comfy shoes will carry =ou wherever the internal
boat and train systems =on't. We also have info about motorized chairs, which =ound like a lot of fun and relief for
those who can't or don't =ant to do as much walking. We are assuming at least =oms of honor will like that option.

The Parks
We will also purchase bulk =isneyworld tickets sometime in December after everyone's plans are =inalised. In the
meantime, browse around at https://disneyworld.disney.go.=om/ to familiarize yourself with the area and get =ome
ideas about how you'd like to spend your =ime.
The guests
We are expecting a group of =bout 35 for most of the days above. They come from =ustralia, USA, Canada, England and
each boasts an extremely =ascinating life. We hope you'll thoroughly enjoy =he opportunity to meet and spend time
with some new friends in the =izarrely fun setting. We invited you because =e think you will!
To encourage a bit of =ingling, we will send out a guest list with a photo and a =ew introductory lines about each guest
in order to make it easier =o spot and remember new people.
Evening =atherings
We have some group reservations at various Epcot =estaurants for the evenings of the 5th, 6th and 8th to =ccommodate
as many of our guests who want to meet up and have =inner with us those evenings. It will provide nice =pportunities
to share and review the various adventures of the day =nd make some plans for more. We're somewhat limited in the
=ize of the party for various restaurants but will work around =eople's interests, so please let us know if you'd like to join
=n (specific Qs below).

know you're staying elsewhere.

information to finalise catering =rrangements and make good choices for evening meal =eservations

can be sure appropriate =rrangements are made.
5. =nbsp; First impressions — please send a photo and a =ew introductory lines about you and your party. We'll include
=his in a list to circulate to other guests so that faces and names =re easier to put together as fellow party goers meet
over the =ourse of our time together. Beware, opting out =eans we get to fill in the blanks for =ou.
