The video review concentrated on the time frames when a count should have been conducted. We reviewed 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after the established time that a count should have been conducted. For example, for the 3am count, we reviewed 2:30am-3:30am in case the officers conducted the count a little early or a little late. The first sheet is a detailed version of the review stating when the officers appeared to start the count and when the officers appeared to finish the count. Anything highlighted in yellow means that it could not be determined if a count was conducted. Most of these fell during the 4pm count, mostly due to a lot of movement during that time (there are 7). Anything highlighted in red means that a count did not appear to be conducted (there are 5). On the second sheet, there are rows for the days and columns for the count times, each block highlighted in the color of whether the count was conducted(green), could not be determined (yellow), or appeared not to be conducted (red). Also corresponding to the days, are the staff who were working, according to the staff rosters. I did not include anything after 4pm on August 9 - that was the detailed spreadsheet that has already been sent to you all. Thanks!
