How BlackJet Works 1. Seats are guaranteed anywhere BlackJet operates, which currently includes New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Las Vegas and South Florida. We expect 15 interconnected markets and up to 105 routes over the next year. 2. You must be a BlackJet member to collect said guarantee. And membership is exclusive. Once you join, you can book in seconds via the mobile App and online. 3. Booking is simple. You give us departure and arrival cities, date, AM/PM time preference, and the number of seats you need; we give you the jet, precise departure time, exact airports (within the markets you selected) and communicate the details in a confirmed Itinerary, which you'll receive the day before your departure. 4. To guarantee seats, complete booking at least two business days prior to your departure. Otherwise, we'll do our best to accommodate you. 5. All flights are non-stop. All seats are captain's chairs. All planes are equipped with an enclosed and private lavatory. 6. BlackJet is a booking service. We do not own or operate planes. We do carefully curate all jets and operators. FAA certificated charter companies provide the air service under strict Part 135 safety and security regulations. The operators we use are ARG/US safety-rated. (ARG/US is the foremost private aircraft safety-auditing firm in the world). 7. We pre-authorize your credit card when you book. Charges are captured after your flight. 8. Cancel anytime, at no charge up to three days before your flight. You'll need to call us to cancel. 9. We love your (well-behaved) pets. Additional rules apply. 10. Seat prices are fixed.
