The purchase price of the Fund will be the net asset value per share next determined alter a purchase order is entered with the Fund. A purchase order will not be effective until avertable cash balances or cash in the form of Federal funds become mailable to the Fund. You may. without charge, advance maims to the Fund on our behalf to enable us to purchase Fund Shares and earn Fund dividends prior to final collection of checks deposited to my Account. It is understood. therefore, that you may reasonably withhold access to the redemption proceeds of Fund shares purchased with monies so aovanced until you are satisfied that any and all checks deposited to the Account have been colteCted. Shares of the Fund will be redeemed at their net asset value upon my specific request in accordance with the terms set forth in the Funds prospectus as amended from time to time. and the undersigned agrees that such shares stvill automatically ha redeemed to satisfied any transacrens or overdrafts in this Account.
