As you will see from the attached letter, we are seeking to conclude the disposition of your Founding Member Note and certain necessary changes as to your membership in the Club---all of which are designed to allow the Club to continue to operate. We have enclosed for your review a detailed letter explaining the reasons associated with these matters as well as our need to accomplish this in a time sensitive manner. In addition to the EFTA_R1_00666306 EFTA02082076 letter we are providing you with a Settlement & Release Agreement to permanently dispose of the debt and provide you with the mechanism for tax relief as your tax advisor would recommend. The Settlement and Release Agreement requires your signature.
