I am in receipt of your letter of September 12, 2008. As explained in my letter of
September 2, 2008, your client's right to obtain a copy of the agreement between Mr. Epstein and
the United States is governed by the Court's order in the matter of In re Jane Does 1 and 2, S.D.
Fl. Court File No. 08-80736-CIV-MARRA. I have attached a copy of the relevant order. As you
can see, I cannot provide a copy of the agreement to you until I have received copies of the
protective order signed by you, Mr. Willits, and your client. Please provide those to me at your
earliest convenience.
