At first, we were sent = form with many items not filled in. When we requested the full lease, we received the letter below. Something appears to be very wrong. How can it=be that the management of the condominium does not have a lease, and refer= us to the lawyer (Max) who handled the closing. And why did Bainco list the apartment as an asset under a trust this year, I t=ink for the first time. As you know, we are about to sell the apartment. =AO I took for granted that I owned it, and am surprised, to put it mildly,=that some question is now arising about this.
