Larry -
Attached is an eBrochure for our Gulfstream IV, 1062 which is based in San =iego at Gillespie Field. We acquired this
aircraft for
a customer in 2005. Rather than refurbishing the interior, they elected t=
have Gulfstream completely remove the interior and install a brand new G400=20 interior as if they had purchased a
new aircraft - all new seats, cabinets,=20 ducts, wiring - the only thing left were the seat frames of the crew seats.=
Flight deck avionics were also upgraded to triple FMZ 2000s plus other improvements at a total cost approaching
$3,000,000. I suspect the cost to=ay would be more than $4MM.
The owner was a movie enthusiast and the aircraft is equipped with an astou=ding audio and digital video suite (more
than 2000 digital movies). Three carpe=s were made and the last new carpet was installed earlier this month.
N619ML=has flown only 1800 hours since the new interior was installed - your passenger= will find the interior in 'like
new' condition.
N619ML is priced at $7,995,000. We expect it will sell at close to $7MM.
Please let me know if you need additional information or would like to see =his aircraft.
Hope you have a good weekend.
